Business Development Representative (2+ years experience)

About the role

The Business Development Representative will work on‑site in Lahore to identify and qualify new business opportunities for Keystone Medics’ medical billing and revenue cycle management services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect potential healthcare clients through calls, emails and online channels.
• Present Keystone Medics’ billing and RCM solutions to prospects.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align proposals with client needs.
• Update CRM records and track sales metrics.
• Contribute to sales strategies that support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales or a related commercial role, preferably in healthcare or B2B services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, goal‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Lahore and collaborating within cross‑functional teams.
