About the role

Norvex Health, a revenue cycle management specialist, is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to own the full sales cycle. You will prospect, qualify, pitch, and close deals with solo practitioners and small group medical practices in high‑volume specialties.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to private practices during EST business hours.
  • Identify target practices using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and the NPI Registry.
  • Execute multi‑channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and manage your own cadence.
  • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and understand each practice’s billing pain points.
  • Present Norvex Health’s RCM services, tailoring pitches to specialty and situation.
  • Manage the pipeline from first contact through contract signing and log all activity in the CRM.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, booked meetings, and closed accounts.
  • Provide regular feedback on objections, pricing questions, and market insights to leadership.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or cold‑calling experience, preferably in healthcare, medical billing, RCM, or health‑IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to make high‑volume outbound calls (100+ per day) and close deals independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for speaking with office managers, administrators, and physicians.
  • Familiarity with medical billing concepts such as CPT codes, ERA/EOB, prior authorization, and denial management is a plus.
  • Ability to work full EST business hours (9 am–6 pm ET) from any location.
  • Organized, self‑directed, and accountable for tracking personal metrics.
