Business Development Representative - USA Campaigns

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices, and is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative in Lahore. The role focuses on staff augmentation and USA campaigns, working with U.S.-based prospects to promote the company's medical billing and RCM services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails and online research.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and conduct inside sales activities.
• Present Keystone Medics' services to prospective clients and support the development of tailored solutions for medical billing and RCM.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to run outreach strategies for U.S.-based campaigns.
• Document interactions in CRM tools and provide regular performance reports and market insights.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and coordinate with operations and account management teams to support client onboarding.

Required profile

• Inside sales and lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities and managing a sales pipeline.
• Sales and business development experience, including closing deals and supporting long-term client relationships.
• Clear spoken and written English suitable for USA-based campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, medical billing, RCM or BPO environments is beneficial, especially with US market exposure.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, strong negotiation skills and a professional, client-focused mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.
• Comfort working with sales and reporting software.
