Business Development Specialist – Asia (Remote)

About the role

The Business Development Specialist – Asia will lead the expansion of payout partnerships and drive growth initiatives across the Rest of Asia region for ACE Money Transfer. Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery, negotiate terms, and identify new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with regional payout partners in South Asia, Central Asia, GCC, and East & Southeast Asia.
• Negotiate favourable terms to expand payout networks and introduce new products or services.
• Coordinate with compliance, operations, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of regional initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and identify new corridor opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Oversee and evaluate partner‑led campaigns, providing insights to optimise future initiatives.
• Manage operational escalations, monitor partner performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
