Business Development Specialist – Lead Generation & Cold Email

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation through cold email outreach. The role focuses on building prospect lists, crafting email sequences, and converting leads into new business opportunities for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute cold email campaigns, including list building, copywriting, follow‑up sequences, and response tracking.
• Maintain email deliverability by managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm‑up, inbox rotation, bounce control, and spam‑rate monitoring.
• Update CRM records with leads, prospects, proposals, meetings, and pipeline activity.
• Achieve monthly KPIs such as qualified leads, proposals submitted, booked meetings, and closed deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, GoodFirms.
• Proficiency in cold‑email platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo Sequences, Snov.io.
• Knowledge of email authentication protocols: SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
