Business Director, Pakistan

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Business Director for Pakistan to lead the development and execution of entertainment, sports and partnership solutions for leading brands. The role will shape innovative collaborations, negotiate commercial terms and drive revenue growth across media owners, platforms and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of ESP (Entertainment, Sports, Partnerships) offerings, commercial models and key industry stakeholders.
• Map the local entertainment, sports, content and partnership landscape, including platforms, media owners, talent and vendors.
• Identify client requirements, agency processes and commercial opportunities, and review existing ESP partnerships and revenue streams.
• Design and launch innovative ESP solutions aligned with client objectives and business KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts with partners, media owners and suppliers to deliver commercial value.
• Generate new business opportunities and ensure delivery of agreed campaign, commercial and performance commitments.
• Strengthen ESP positioning and adoption across the market and build sustainable relationships with key clients and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media, entertainment or sports partnership development.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating and closing high‑value deals.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Strategic mindset focused on delivering business growth and measurable results.
