Business Growth & Operations Manager

About the role

Launchpad, an AI-powered CRM and marketing automation platform within the Plum Tree Group ecosystem, is looking for a Business Growth & Operations Manager in Karachi (Shahrah-e-Faisal). The role takes ownership of day-to-day operations, client success, team performance and growth initiatives, working directly with founders, sales, marketing, technical, HR and client success teams. It is an onsite evening-shift position requiring 5+ years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate sales, marketing, client success and technical teams with HR.
• Build, improve and document SOPs, workflows, reporting systems and internal processes with HR.
• Manage client relationships, hold regular check-ins and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and support internal teams by assigning responsibilities, tracking performance and holding KPIs accountable.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to efficiency, communication and service delivery.
• Support the growth strategy, expansion plans, partnerships and new business opportunities with leadership.
• Help sales and marketing improve lead generation, conversion, onboarding and client acquisition.
• Ensure effective use of the CRM, automation, AI tools, workflows and reporting features, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client success, team performance, growth, KPIs and operational progress.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, client success, account management or growth roles.
• Strong team management and cross-functional coordination experience.
• Experience with CRM, SaaS, marketing automation or digital agency operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field preferred.
• Proactive, organized, client-focused leader comfortable working with founders and senior leadership.

Required skills

• GoHighLevel experience preferred; HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or similar tools are a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, reporting and problem-solving skills.
