Business Manager

About the role

This full-time, on-site Business Manager position is based in Karachi (and Lahore) for a leading global brand. The role oversees sales, marketing, branding and dealership operations, coordinating with internal and external customers to develop relationships and strategies that drive business performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across sales, marketing and dealership channels.
• Lead and manage teams, ensuring performance management and supervision.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise business processes and achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and global best practices.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and management experience, with proven team supervision.
• Strategic planning and decision-making abilities focused on business growth.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budget management and resource allocation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the vehicle industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi or Lahore and collaborate with global diverse teams.
