Business Manager - Medical Diagnostics

About the role

Martin Dow Specialities (Pvt.) Ltd, a leading Pakistani life science company supplying medical diagnostic solutions, life science chemicals and research solutions, is hiring a Business Manager. The role drives P&L performance, leads the commercial team and ensures revenue growth across diagnostic technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L and set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals, both overall and by technology
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline, forecast opportunities and track conversion rates
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing technologies, including Immunoassay, Haematology and Clinical Chemistry (closed systems)
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends and report actionable insights to senior leadership
• Support the team in executing and developing profitable business cases
• Manage import planning for instruments and reagents and oversee order fulfillment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BE / BSc / BBM); MBA is an added advantage
• 10-15 years of experience
• Strong understanding of the IVD market, regulatory landscape and distribution channels
