Business Operations Coordinator – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Operations Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day activities for a healthcare company that collaborates with stakeholders across the United States and internationally. The role is not a traditional administrative position; you will independently manage multiple workstreams, coordinate across departments, and drive initiatives to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks, projects and workstreams across several departments, clarifying requirements, prioritising requests and tracking deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with U.S‑based executives, vendors and external partners, translating stakeholder requests into clear action items and keeping them informed.
• Coordinate logistics for medical equipment and supplies, track shipments, resolve delays and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Conduct research on healthcare suppliers, markets and operational topics, summarising findings and preparing PowerPoint presentations for management.
• Identify operational gaps, develop SOPs, checklists and workflows, and recommend process‑automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics or healthcare‑related roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confidence communicating with senior U.S. executives.
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
