About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Partner to join our team in Islamabad. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, driving growth and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth strategies.
- Create and implement strategic plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee business operations to ensure they align with company goals and vision.
- Support cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless project execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, account management or strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
