Business Relationship Manager

About the role

The Business Relationship Manager will drive growth in the corporate segment by selling fixed‑broadband, cloud, and IoT solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its B2B clients, shaping tailored technical offerings and fostering long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fixed broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to corporate customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client specifications.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop customized proposals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Expand revenue from existing accounts through upselling and superior service.
• Monitor corporate activations and disconnections, analyze churn drivers, and implement retention strategies.
• Ensure revenue assurance in line with management‑assigned goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Team player with leadership potential.
