Business Unit Manager - Respiratory / Pulmonology

About the role

Martin Dow Limited seeks an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead its Respiratory/Pulmonology portfolio. You will be responsible for driving growth, commercial excellence, and market leadership within the Pakistan pharmaceutical market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business and sales strategies for the Respiratory portfolio.
• Lead Sales & Marketing teams to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Drive portfolio growth, product launches, and brand strategy.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and overall Business Unit performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pulmonologists, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• PharmD or MBBS degree, preferably complemented by an MBA.
• 12–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in Respiratory/Pulmonology markets.
• Proven track record in sales, commercial strategy, and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Pakistan pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI) products.
