Call Center Sales Agent

About the role

Madtech Digital is seeking a full‑time Call Center Agent focused on sales. Based in Karachi South District, the agent will promote the company’s web development, custom software, gateway integration and digital marketing services to prospective clients through outbound and inbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads via outbound and inbound calls to present the service portfolio.
• Answer product and service questions, addressing basic customer concerns.
• Guide prospects through the sales process and aim to close deals.
• Record interactions accurately in call and CRM systems.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and approaches.
• Uphold professional phone etiquette and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role with a sales focus.
• Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi South District with consistent attendance.
• Prior exposure to technology, digital marketing or software services sales is advantageous.
