Calling Agents - B2B Prospecting (Cold Caller)

About the role

Cloud Rexpo, a group of companies offering IT solutions, staff augmentation and virtual assistant services in the US and Canada markets, is looking for motivated cold callers to join its sales team. The role generates qualified leads by contacting businesses across the USA and Canada and pitching virtual assistant services, and plays a key part in the early stage of the sales cycle by finding decision-makers, overcoming gatekeepers and booking Zoom appointments for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
• Pitch the company's services effectively.
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to convert them into appointments.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Work closely with the closing team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of B2B cold calling experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• Base salary of 80K to 150K, with a 10K bonus for meeting monthly KPIs and additional bonuses for each signup (25K, 35K, 50K).
