Telesales Executive

About the role

IMC Certifications is hiring a motivated, target-oriented Telesales Executive for its Lahore sales team. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining certification programs and turning leads into enrollments. It is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads
• Understand prospect needs and recommend suitable certification programs
• Explain program details, benefits and enrollment procedures clearly
• Handle customer inquiries by call and WhatsApp
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM
• Follow up regularly to maximise conversions and meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and keep professional communication throughout the sales process

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, customer service, admissions or a related field
• Experience in education, EdTech, BPO or service-based sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident and persuasive personality
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills, able to work in a target-driven environment
