Cambridge Programme Teacher – Psychology (AS & A Level)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cambridge Programme Teacher to deliver Psychology at AS and A Level, as well as Global Perspectives courses, to our students in a remote, full‑time capacity. The role is based at Headstart School’s Gulmohar Campus and supports our commitment to high‑quality international education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging online lessons for Psychology (AS & A Level) and Global Perspectives (IGCSE and AS/A Level).
• Develop curriculum‑aligned resources and assessments following Cambridge International standards.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students to foster academic progress.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to maintain consistent teaching quality.
• Participate in virtual staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
• Prior experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum is preferred.
• Strong ability to conduct effective remote instruction.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for student development.
