Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

MW Study & Visa Consultants LLP is a registered educational consultancy offering ethical, transparent guidance for students pursuing higher education abroad, from counselling and course selection to admission applications and visa documentation. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Advisor based in Faisalabad.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counselling to prospective students, helping them explore study options, choose programmes and institutions, and understand admission and scholarship requirements.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable destinations and courses.
• Guide applicants through admission and visa procedures and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, visa regulations and institutional policies.
• Coordinate with partner institutions where applicable.
• Conduct information sessions, respond to inquiries and keep detailed records to support a smooth, ethical application process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in education, counselling, international relations, business or a related field.
• Prior experience in study abroad advising, student services or international education is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation.

Required skills

• Strong educational consulting skills, including student counselling and academic pathway planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse students and families.
• Knowledge of visa processes and regulations related to student visa documentation and compliance.
• Consulting skills for needs assessment, solution-focused advising and managing multiple student cases.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and maintaining accurate digital records.
