Camera Monitoring Officer – Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Camera Monitoring Officer to oversee live CCTV feeds of our international retail stores during evening shifts in Karachi. The role involves continuous observation of camera footage to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds of international stores throughout the assigned shift.
• Identify and promptly report suspicious behaviour, operational issues or policy violations.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and detailed reports of observed events.
• Escalate critical situations to supervisors or relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Assist with periodic checks of the surveillance system to confirm proper functionality.
• Collaborate with law‑enforcement or internal security teams when required.

Required profile

• Strong observational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to stay focused and attentive for the duration of the shift.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and escalation.
• Quick decision‑making under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of camera systems and surveillance technology.
• Proficiency in producing accurate incident logs and reports.
