Capital Markets Manager

About the role

Capchase is seeking a Capital Markets Manager to oversee its credit facilities, drive risk‑adjusted returns and support the growth of its financing platform. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and Capital Markets on investor communications, fundraising and product development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international credit facilities, including funding requests, waterfall distribution and exception handling.
• Maintain and develop relationships with capital‑markets professionals, supporting senior management in investor presentations and fundraising.
• Report on portfolio performance, identify income‑enhancing and risk‑reducing opportunities, and maximize balance‑sheet efficiency.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles with finance colleagues across multiple legal entities.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience at an investment bank, asset manager, credit fund or similar financial services firm.
• Strong external communication skills and experience raising capital or evaluating investment opportunities.
• Self‑starter able to manage competing high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Commitment to process improvement and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and business intelligence tools.
• Programming knowledge in R, Python or SQL.
