Cardiovascular Sales Representative

About the role

Join Medtronic’s Cardiovascular Group as a Sales Representative based in Karachi. You will bring life‑saving cardiovascular technologies to hospitals and clinics across the South Region, working closely with a passionate team to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic’s cardiovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area.
• Develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Identify leads, assess customer needs and provide product education and support.
• Conduct market research on customer and competitor activities.
• Implement and adjust market development plans and strategies.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams such as R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, Cardiovascular Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device sales or a comparable sales/clinical role within med‑tech.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
