Channel Sales Manager

About the role

The Channel Sales Manager will lead the development and management of Agrius IT’s partner ecosystem in the Karachi region. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on recruiting new distributors and resellers, building joint business plans, and driving revenue for the company’s third‑party maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners and resellers.
• Develop and execute joint business and sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Conduct partner enablement sessions, product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to support partner‑led opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline, track performance metrics and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Ensure high partner and customer satisfaction through timely follow‑up and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel sales, partner recruitment and management.
• Strong background in sales management, territory planning and target achievement.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, data‑center services or related technology solutions is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and travel locally as needed.
