Chief Digitalization Officer

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Chief Digitalization Officer to lead the digital transformation of our retail and restaurant businesses. In this C‑suite position you will shape the future digital ecosystem, turning technology investments into significant revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an overarching digital roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Lead product and ecosystem innovation for retail, restaurant and e‑commerce platforms.
• Drive Agile methodologies, modernization initiatives and change‑management programs to improve team effectiveness.
• Optimize ROI, build strategic partnerships and ensure seamless, uninterrupted operations.

Required profile

• 15+ years of proven experience in the retail or restaurant industry.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or an MBA from an HEC‑recognized university.
• Deep understanding of Pakistan’s digital landscape and consumer behavior.
