Chief Financial Officer

About the role

Takmeel Square is scaling its real‑estate and construction portfolio and needs a strategic finance leader to shape its financial future. As CFO you will partner directly with the CEO, turning data into actionable decisions that drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee the group’s financial architecture, including budgeting, forecasting, modelling and profitability analysis.
• Manage cash, treasury, liquidity and banking relationships.
• Lead financial control functions such as collections, receivables, inventory, commissions and procurement.
• Provide management intelligence through dashboards for the CEO and Board, highlighting performance, risk and exposure.
• Drive investment and capital activities, including joint ventures, debt/equity proposals and new development financing.
• Ensure governance compliance across accounting, tax, audit and SOPs.
• Implement cost‑discipline mechanisms, variance analysis and overrun detection.
• Champion digital finance initiatives, including ERP implementation, automation and AI‑enabled analytics.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years of finance experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven expertise in controls, treasury, taxation, audit and corporate finance.
• Strong background in project‑based businesses, preferably real‑estate or construction.
• Credibility with banks, auditors, investors and board members.
