Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will shape and execute the Group's financial strategy, overseeing governance, performance, and the development of a scalable finance function across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, month‑end/year‑end closing and preparation of entity‑level and consolidated statements.
• Manage multi‑entity accounting, intercompany eliminations and the intercompany accounting framework.
• Direct cash collections, treasury operations, bank reconciliations, cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
• Ensure accurate revenue, inventory and payroll reconciliations, including commissions and bonuses.
• Monitor financial performance (revenue, margins, EBITDA, cash flow) at store, market and Group levels.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, financial models and management dashboards for decision‑making.
• Establish internal controls, segregation of duties and risk‑management practices.
• Lead relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks and other financial partners.
• Identify cost‑saving and margin‑improvement opportunities.
• Drive ERP and finance‑system implementation, automation and process scalability.
• Build and manage the finance and accounting team, setting KPIs and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or Group environment.
• Strong track record in financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, budgeting and internal controls.
• Experience managing intercompany accounting, revenue assurance and payroll/comission structures.
• Ability to work closely with C‑suite executives and cross‑functional leaders.
• Demonstrated capability to lead finance teams, set clear KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
