Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Islamabad

About the role

WorkStaff360, a Canadian‑based virtual staffing firm, is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead performance marketing, lead generation and digital optimisation from its Islamabad office. This senior, hands‑on role combines strategic oversight with execution of data‑driven campaigns and CRM management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise company websites for conversion, performance and SEO.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Administer CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or HubSpot), including pipelines, workflows and automations.
• Design and optimise lead‑generation funnels, landing pages and CTAs.
• Drive organic growth using AI‑powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and SurferSEO.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports for executive leadership and present insights.
• Lead a remote team of designers, copywriters and performance marketers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with proven leadership responsibilities.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute projects end‑to‑end.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• GoHighLevel or HubSpot CRM expertise.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads certification or equivalent experience.
• SEO and funnel optimisation knowledge.
• Proficiency with AI content and optimisation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO).
