Civil Construction Manager – Commercial & Residential Projects

About the role

Sardar Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead multiple commercial and residential construction projects in Islamabad. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through to successful handover, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial and residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee gray structure and finishing works, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare, review, and monitor cost estimates, budgets, and expenditures for financial control.
• Conduct BOQ evaluations and verify quantities for accurate execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage procurement processes, including material sourcing and contractor selection.
• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, resolve site‑related issues promptly, and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead a team of seven professionals, fostering performance excellence.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and maintain alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of experience in civil construction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
