Civil Engineer for High‑rise Building Projects

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead civil works on high‑rise building projects in the North Region (Besham & Chillas). The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring quality, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and supervise sub‑structure (foundation and pedestal) for CCTV camera pole sites.
• Oversee reinforcement and concrete works for all pole foundations.
• Manage construction of 15 m gantry structures at key intersections.
• Lead civil works for C4I building, including architectural and structural works from ground up.
• Supervise control‑room construction and interior fit‑out.
• Coordinate site office setup, temporary facilities, and manage third‑party civil contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with PEC registration.
• 8–12 years of experience in high‑rise residential, commercial or mixed‑use building construction.
• Experience with reinforced concrete foundations, pre‑cast pole structures and modular buildings.
• Familiarity with construction in mountainous or remote terrain and knowledge of Pakistani construction codes and safety standards.
