Client Campaign Manager

About the role

The Client Campaign Manager is responsible for designing, launching, and overseeing data‑collection campaigns on behalf of key clients. Acting as the main point of contact, you will translate client requirements into structured supplier outreach programs that deliver timely, complete, and high‑quality data.

Key responsibilities

• Convert client regulatory and data‑collection needs into detailed campaign plans, including supplier prioritisation and outreach strategy.
• Configure, launch and manage campaigns in the SC Campaigns (Appian) platform, handling assignments, workflows and notifications.
• Set realistic timelines, milestones and performance targets while balancing client expectations and operational capacity.
• Monitor campaign dashboards, track resolve rates, due‑date adherence and escalation activity, and report performance to clients.
• Drive supplier participation through proactive communication, issue resolution and escalation management.
• Identify risks early, implement corrective actions and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, providing regular status updates, performance reports and guidance on data‑collection feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with Supplier Relations, Data Operations and Commercial teams to align efforts.
