Client Manager

About the role

Sky Infinit is seeking a full‑time Client Manager to work on‑site in Faisalabad. You will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that projects and services meet client expectations and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients and serve as their main point of contact.
• Gather, document, and validate client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines and priorities, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues promptly and support contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and project‑management tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client‑service processes.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination between clients and technical teams.
• Proficiency in project or account management, including planning, prioritization, and follow‑up.
• Ability to analyze client needs, propose suitable solutions, and support negotiation and problem‑solving.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior client‑facing experience in a technology or software environment is highly beneficial.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work collaboratively on‑site with cross‑functional teams in Faisalabad.
