Client Outreach Manager

About the role

Sortitt, a marketplace connecting businesses with top-tier global resources, is looking for a Client Outreach Manager to lead its client engagement and outreach initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of product positioning, lead generation and client relationship management, and involves designing and executing targeted outreach strategies together with the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement client outreach strategies to drive business growth and partnerships.
• Identify and engage potential leads using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools and other outreach automation platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and HR teams to align outreach with organizational goals.
• Manage and optimise outreach campaigns for maximum conversion and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Prepare reports and insights on outreach performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest outreach, lead generation and sales enablement tools.
• Represent Sortitt in client calls, presentations and networking events to build strong relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in outreach, business development or client engagement.
• Experience working with international clients (UK, US or Middle East).
• Familiarity with SaaS, HR tech or service-based industries.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setup.

• Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other CRM/automation platforms.
• Email automation, personalisation and advanced targeting techniques.
• Data analysis to optimise outreach strategies.
