Client & Property Operations Specialist – Short-Term Rentals (STR)

About the role

We are seeking a Client & Property Operations Specialist to manage day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties for our U.S. clients. Based in our Lahore office, you will act as the primary liaison between clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth property performance and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with clients on property updates, requirements, and ongoing requests.
• Oversee daily operational activities for assigned short‑term rental properties.
• Receive, manage, and follow up on operational requests from clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams.
• Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and other vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor reservations, booking activity, and property updates across OTA platforms.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, updates, requests, and completed tasks.
• Keep stakeholders informed about property status, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and service standards.
• Prioritize multiple property‑related requests and manage them through completion.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in operations, customer support, client management, hospitality, or property management (preferred).
• Familiarity with short‑term rentals, property management, or the U.S. market (a plus).
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and accountable.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts from our Lahore office.
