Client Services Associate

About the role

As a Client Services Associate at Atheneum, you will act as the bridge between our clients and the world‑class experts they need to inform strategic decisions. You will quickly learn client requirements, source relevant professionals, and ensure a seamless experience throughout each engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and translate them into expert search criteria.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard experts for specific projects.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain high‑quality client interactions by delivering accurate expert recommendations.
• Master Atheneum’s delivery process and apply it consistently.

Required profile

• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Resilient, collaborative, and curious mindset.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
