Clinic Manager – DHA Karachi

About the role

The Clinic Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations of Immunocure’s clinic in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth patient flow, efficient appointment scheduling, and a welcoming front‑desk environment while supporting clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and front‑desk functions.
• Manage clinical and administrative staff, handling hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, billing processes, and resource utilization to maintain financial sustainability.
• Maintain accurate records, operational reports, and address patient inquiries and concerns.
• Support clinicians with operational needs and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic clinic initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills with professionalism and empathy.
• Budgeting and basic financial management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, staff, and leadership.
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance support.
• Proven organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Resident of Karachi (within 30‑minute drive to DHA Phase 6) and under 35 years of age.
