Clinic Manager – Full-time, On-site in Karachi

About the role

Immunocure is seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at its DHA Karachi location. The role ensures a smooth, patient‑focused environment while supporting clinical staff and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and front‑desk activities.
• Manage clinical and administrative teams, supporting hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, billing processes, and resource utilization to maintain financial sustainability.
• Maintain accurate records, operational reports, and address patient inquiries and concerns.
• Support clinicians with operational needs and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic clinic initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional, empathetic communication.
• Basic budgeting and financial‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance support.
• Proven organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Resident of Karachi (within 30‑minute drive to DHA Phase 6) and under 35 years of age.
