Clinical Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide professional pharmaceutical consultation to patients at designated clinics, ensuring high‑quality patient care and safe medication use.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pharmaceutical consultation to patients at assigned clinics.
• Understand and address patients' medication‑related concerns.
• Review prescriptions and advise on usage, dosage, and precautions.
• Promote safe and effective use of medicines in line with professional standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Pharm‑D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional registration/license as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent patient‑handling and consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to adapt to clinic timings and business needs.
