Clinical Systems Analyst – EMR Platform

About the role

Eplanet Global is building an AI‑native Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform for the US market. We seek an experienced physician (MD) to act as the bridge between clinicians and our product and engineering teams, ensuring the solution is clinically accurate, compliant, and provider‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as clinical subject‑matter expert for EMR modules: documentation, orders & labs, e‑prescribing, billing, and workflow management.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to define, validate, and refine clinical workflows and Business Requirement Documents.
• Lead clinical validation of AI‑driven features such as AI Scribe, documentation automation, decision‑support, and prior‑authorization automation.
• Validate accuracy of SOAP notes, ICD‑10 diagnoses, RxNorm medications, and laboratory orders.
• Provide guidance on HIPAA, ONC certification, USCDI, and HL7/FHIR interoperability standards.
• Participate in product demos, stakeholder meetings, client discussions, and workflow reviews.
• Help define best practices and create provider training materials.

Required profile

• MD (or equivalent clinical qualification) with at least 3 years of clinical practice.
• Hands‑on experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Familiarity with US healthcare workflows preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOAP notes, orders, labs, prescriptions, and basic billing/coding.
• Experience working with technical, product, or engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
