Closers – FE Campaign (Night Shift)

About the role

Allmedex is hiring Closers for its growing FE Campaign in Rawalpindi on a night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM). The role suits both freshers and experienced candidates, and accepts male and female applicants. Pay is listed as 50,000 to 150,000 PKR per month, plus bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Use confident verbal communication and persuasive, customer-focused conversation skills to talk with prospects.
• Listen actively, identify prospect needs and respond to objections with relevant information.
• Closing and follow-up discipline, guiding prospects toward a decision without misrepresenting the offer.
• Work toward measurable campaign goals and keep activity consistent.
• Enter data accurately, record call notes and track prospect status.
• Maintain a professional telephone manner and patience with varied customer responses.
• Follow campaign procedures and manage time and details reliably.

Required profile

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn the team's customer management tools and scripts.
