About the role
A call center in Rawalpindi is hiring agents to call American homeowners and book free appointments for roof and energy bill assessments, including solar. The work is paid by a monthly salary plus commission on sales.

- Follow the call script and recording references provided for the type of calls and appointments.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- Time management skills.
What we offer
- Salary of approximately PKR 20,800 per month (about $75 USD).
- Commission of approximately PKR 13,900 per sale (about $50 USD); average of 3 sales per month, about PKR 41,700 in commissions.
- Schedule Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM and Saturday 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with a 30-minute break each day, totaling 56 hours per week.
