Cloud & Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Specialist to oversee and continuously improve our cloud‑based and on‑premise environments. The role ensures security, performance, scalability, and availability of enterprise systems while supporting digital transformation and business continuity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, manage and optimise cloud and on‑premise infrastructure systems.
• Administer hybrid cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Key Vault and VMware.
• Maintain servers, storage, network connectivity and enterprise infrastructure services for optimal performance.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, Intune, SCCM, SCOM, backup solutions and endpoint security platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement them.
• Oversee backup, restoration and disaster‑recovery operations to ensure data integrity.
• Control user access, provision/de‑provision accounts and maintain Level of Authority records.
• Enforce security policies including MFA, endpoint protection and compliance controls.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure and cloud issues.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, system integrations and modernisation projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define cloud and infrastructure strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
