Cloud Sales Consultant

About the role

The Cloud Sales Consultant will advise corporate clients on Jazz’s portfolio of cloud and IT solutions, helping them improve performance and drive growth. Reporting to the Regional Manager Cloud Central, you will build long‑term relationships and focus on engagement, upselling, retention and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand business needs and propose tailored cloud and IT solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while meeting retention and recovery goals.
• Conduct regular B2B visits to large accounts, driving sales, retention and collections.
• Expand penetration within assigned accounts, handling complaints, after‑sales support and acquiring new customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as B2B Executives, Pre‑Sales, Finance and Product to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience interacting with C‑Level executives and IT decision‑makers.
