Cloud Technical Specialist

About the role

The Cloud Technical Specialist will deliver expert technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, ensuring a high‑quality experience for partners and end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot identity and access management issues including SSO, MFA, user provisioning and directory synchronization.
• Manage Azure environments – subscriptions, virtual machines, networking, VPN gateways, monitoring and reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for technical and licensing inquiries related to Microsoft 365, Azure and CSP offerings.
• Meet SLA targets, collaborate with Microsoft, partners and internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure and cloud identity solutions.
• Excellent customer service, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced support environment.
