About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking a Cluster Perfect Store Manager for the North Cluster to lead and manage sales plans, drive volume targets, and ensure flawless execution across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive the cluster sales plan by supporting field teams, achieving distribution and on‑shelf availability targets, and implementing trade activations.
• Deploy and manage merchandising teams and brand ambassadors through third‑party partners, ensuring optimal coverage and perfect‑store compliance.
• Formulate Master Activity Grid, oversee BTL and trade activation plans, and ensure timely deployment of materials for brand visibility.
• Capture competitor and in‑store execution intelligence, translate insights into field interventions, and share with planning teams.
• Maintain on‑shelf availability and range adherence by measuring OOS, MSL, and execution compliance against targets.
• Execute promotional activities, monitor compliance, and adjust underperforming activations to maximize sell‑out impact.
• Manage end‑to‑end deployment of trade tools such as CATMANs, gondolas, and POSM, ensuring timely placement.
• Develop capability programs, deliver training, and assess ROI of activations through pre‑ and post‑evaluation.
