About the role
The Sales Executive will drive business development for the Industry Department, identifying and targeting potential clients in Islamabad and Karachi. You will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets for the Industry Department.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, technical and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular forecasts and reports.
- Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities and negotiate contracts.
Required profile
- DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the services industry, preferably with a TIC company.
