CNC Programmer

About the role

Join Shaan Technologies as a CNC Programmer at the EPZA facility in Landhi, Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimise CNC programs based on production requirements.
• Set up machines, tools, and workpieces for each job.
• Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot programming and operational issues to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with workshop and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure regular maintenance and safe operation of all CNC equipment.

Required profile

• DAE Mechanical or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in a CNC workshop.
• Proven ability to work independently under production pressure.
• Strong practical workshop experience preferred.
