Compliance Manager

About the role

You will lead and own compliance activities at our Pakistan manufacturing site, ensuring safe, ethical and reliable operations in line with QMS, cGMP and local regulatory requirements. The role works closely with quality, manufacturing, regulatory and business teams to identify risks, set standards and resolve compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site compliance programmes and maintain inspection readiness.
• Assess compliance risk, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their closure.
• Support change control processes and evaluate regulatory impact of technical changes.
• Coach colleagues to foster a proactive compliance culture across functions.
• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing and quality processes, generate CAPA and ensure effective controls.
• Manage local incident, product recall and incident management activities.
• Monitor KPIs, non‑conformances and performance measures to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain the Site Quality Risk Model, oversee QMS implementation and promote its adoption.
• Maintain License to Operate, coordinate cGMP and DML inspections and manage third‑party/ISO audits.
• Ensure compliance with post‑inspection assessments, quality regulatory intelligence and documentation retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance or Quality Control, including leadership responsibility.
• Relevant degree in sciences, pharmacy or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience supporting inspections and audits in a regulated environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, risk‑assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
