CNC Programmer Turning & 3/4 Axis Machining

About the role

Innovative Tech Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join its manufacturing team in Lahore. You will be responsible for creating and refining CNC programs that drive efficient turning and multi‑axis machining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and troubleshoot CNC programs for turning and 3‑/4‑axis machines.
• Program CNC equipment using G‑Code and M‑Code.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, define cutting parameters and improve machining cycle times.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate part production.
• Support the production floor by resolving CNC programming‑related issues.
• Utilise CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidCAM to generate toolpaths.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on CNC programming experience, preferably in turning and multi‑axis machining.
• Proficiency with G‑Code, M‑Code and CNC control systems.
• Familiarity with Mastercam, SolidCAM or similar CAD/CAM packages.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and machining specifications.
