About the role
We are seeking an energetic Cold Caller to promote Highora’s third‑party logistics (3PL) services. Based at our Workdera office in Lahore, you will engage prospective clients over the phone, introduce our solutions and help generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective businesses.
- Present Highora’s 3PL logistics services in a professional manner.
- Qualify leads, gather relevant information and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English with confident phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- CRM (experience with maintaining records in a CRM system).
