Cold Caller – Digital Marketing Campaign

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our digital marketing team in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves reaching out to business owners and decision‑makers to generate qualified leads for international sales campaigns, working the night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in targeted industries.
• Present the digital marketing services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle objections, answer queries and record accurate call notes.
• Achieve daily and weekly lead‑generation targets.
• Maintain the CRM database with up‑to‑date contact information.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently during night hours.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with prior cold‑calling, sales or appointment‑setting experience.
