Cold Caller (Lead Gen & Sales) (PPC, SMM, GHL & Web)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our team in Karachi. You will generate and qualify leads for our digital marketing services, including PPC, social media, GoHighLevel CRM, and web development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily call lists and conduct outbound calls following approved scripts.
• Present Lime Software Logics’ services and identify potential client needs.
• Record call outcomes and lead information in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align outreach with active campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.

Required profile

• Strong cold‑calling and lead‑generation abilities.
• Basic understanding of PPC, social media marketing and web solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Resilience, good listening skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Organized with solid time‑management capabilities.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, call centres or B2B lead generation preferred.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is advantageous.
